Public Education is Getting Far Too Close to Distance Learning
As more and more schools are closing due to COVID-19 online education, or distance learning, is making it's way into public and private education. NPR has called it, "The Biggest Distance-Learning Experiment In History." It has exposed many inequities and exploitation from the capitalists during this crisis. Our co-host Andy Libson, a science high school teacher, is part of a growing number of educators that are pushing back against profit-driven interests attempting to overtake the educational field with their online learning experiment. Check us out as we go over demands that he and his colleagues have listed during this current COVID-19 crisis.
